Star Mountain is a new holistic centre in the heart of Plymouth. Based in Moon Street, near the Drake Circus shopping centre, we offer a massive range of complementary therapies, classes and workshops.
Star Mountain is:
An organic, Fair Trade café offering hot and cold drinks and sweet snacks. The café is open from 12:30 to 7pm, 6 days a week.

A venue for holistic therapies from outstanding, highly qualified therapists. Bookings can be made any time between 10am and 9pm
A place for evening classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, to name just a few
A focal point for holistic, environmental and social change in the city
Alongside the Barbican’s existing complementary health practices, and other educational groups, we are here to make a real difference to the health and happiness of the local community.
